Ocala, Florida - May 27, 2013 - While rumors were running rampant through the early part of 2013 of a possible additional chassis bran, chassis addition to their already established dealership and even importing another product line, Ocala Gran Prix (OGP) is finally putting the rumors to rest. Sticking behind the OTK product line, specifically the Tony Kart brand, Ocala Gran Prix will continue to sell and support the most popular make available in today's karting market.
"There were a lot of rumors that were floating around the paddock that OGP was making a change in regards to chassis brands," expressed Ocala Gran Prix President Jorge Arellano. "I am making this public statement to put the rumors to rest. There was no plan to change in the past and there are no plans to change in the future. Tony Kart is the brand we want to sell and support and we will continue to do our very best to ensure success for both the team and product."
Ocala Gran Prix and Tony Kart go hand in hand as it has been a successful partnership for several seasons. With national race wins and championships as well as countless podiums on the regional and local level, OGP and Tony Kart have had great success.
Arellano continued, "The rumors of the past six months have been exactly that, just rumors.
We look forward to continue our relationship with Tony Kart at the highest level."
Ocala Gran Prix will continue compete aboard Tony Kart chassis in the North Florida Rotax Max Challenge (NFRMC), Florida Karting Championship Series (FKCS) and the United States Rotax Max Challenge. Offering trackside support and sales, Ocala Gran Prix will be your go to source for Rotax and Tony Kart products at all upcoming events.
