GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO (April 5, 2012) – CRG-USA operation is continuing to grow as the bulk of the 2013 season is on the horizon. The team had a busy month of March, wrapping up recently with a test weekend preparing for the upcoming Superkarts! USA Pro Tour SpringNationals in Tucson, Arizona. Aside from coming to grips with the new 2013 CRG chassis and product line, the operation is beginning a new partnership on the horsepower side of the race team. CRG-USA is happy to announce Darcey DeCoste Racing (DDR) Engines is now the official power supplier for the 2013 season.
Darcy DeCoste has many years of experience as a rider and racer of motorcycles, both dirt and road racing. He began working as a tuner and engine builder in the 90’s, gaining years of experience working with the multiple engine packages to gain a deep understanding of 2-cycle powerplants. Thru a friend, DeCoste began working on shifterkart engines in the early 2000’s, finding success quickly through race wins and national championships. The success sprung into a new business - Darcy DeCoste Racing Engines - and continues to be among the leaders in the sport today.
“We are happy to be associated with Darcy and his engine program for the 2013 season,” stated CRG-USA owner Stacey Cook. “His experience and knowledge with the Honda engines is second to none, and we are trilled to be able to offer his engine program to our CRG-USA customers on the Pro Tour. It’s another partnership that takes CRG-USA to the next level.”

All three will support customers at the local tracks and regional programs, while joining CRG-USA at the national level events.
