4/1/2011

Spring Break is next week and you know what your kids want to do: Get back into class! No, we’re not talking about school-school ... we’re talking about learning something fun in PGP’s RACE SCHOOLS!

Article By: Pacific Grand Prix

It’s the perfect time for Junior Racers (12-14 years old) to prepare for karting this summer at the region’s premier motorsports venue because this course is a requirement for drivers in this age group to participate in our Arrive-and-Drive sessions — so get it out of the way now! The hour-long Junior Racer course costs $75 and focuses on driving safety, flags, rules, racing etiquette and basic driving technique. The class includes basic kart control exercises and includes on-track driving sessions. Once they’re done with class, kids can stick around and hit the track on their own the same day.

Are your kids younger than 12 or do they already have some karting experience? Don’t worry: we have rental kart classes for all ages and skill levels. All our classes are held throughout the week to fit your schedule, but pre-registration is a must. The Race School Registration form can be found on PGP’s website (www.pacificgp.com) under the School>PGP Race School>Rental Kart Classes tab.
