Championship Racing Performance will get some extra help from Indiana’s Kyle Ludwick as one of the team’s tuners during the upcoming 2011 racing season. Kyle has competed at the National Level for the past 3 years and has been very successful. He plans to bring his experience and joy of working with younger racers to the program. “I'm very excited at having the opportunity to tune for CRP Racing in the upcoming season and am confident that we will acquire many wins and podium finishes.”
Ludwick’s first event with CRP is in March for the WKA Manufactures Cup in Kershaw, SC. He will be attending many national as well as regional karting events with CRP and the new partnership hopes to bring some very talented CRP drivers to front of their classes.
Championship Racing Performance offers trackside support at every WKA Manufactures Cup and WKA Great Lakes Sprint Series event. Participating drivers will be provided some excellent driving and tuning advice and everything will be done in an effort to get them to the front. Everyone realizes there is strength in numbers and the constant exchange of information and cross tuning is always a positive factor. The more knowledge and expertise you have available as a karter, the better your chances are of getting to the front.
In 2010, at the WKA Divisional level, Team CRP earned 8 Fast lap honors, 6 pole positions, 4 Feature wins and at the end of the Series brought home one Championship, had two racers finish in the top 5 in points, and five drivers in the top ten. No doubt they are looking to better those numbers in 2011 and have acquired some very talented individuals to help do so.
Championship Racing Performance is pleased to announce this new partnership with Kyle Ludwick and we look forward to the 2011 racing season.
