Press release prepared by: Race Tech Development

Lake Park, Florida – February 2, 2011 – Along with strong results at the opening round of the Florida Winter Tour (FWT) and Florida Karting Championship Series (FKCS), Florida based engine builder, Ogden USA, has launched their new website for the karting market. Looking to provide a more user friendly database, www.OgdenUSA.com was designed by long-time karting industry member Matt Long.

“The website has been designed so customers and potential customers can see what we have to offer,” expressed Ogden USA’s Jay Howard. “We are looking to make a big impact in 2011 at all national level events with superior trackside support and solid results as we continue to build a name for ourselves in North America.”

With over a combined 30 years of experience in the motorsport industry, spanning across two continents, Ogden USA has quickly become one of the premier suppliers of championship-winning TaG and Rotax kart racing engines for the United States. Ogden USA is especially proud of supplying engines for Rotax Team USA junior drivers in both 2009 and 2010, as well as supplying the first Rotax engine to win the Robopong 200 mile endurance race at New Castle Motorsports Park.

Ogden USA supplies and services engines for various local, regional and national-level events, including the Florida Winter Tour, Rotax Pan American Challenge and the U.S. Grand Nationals. Ogden USA has just the setup to ensure all your racing goals are met. Whether it be weekend rentals, annual lease’s, new engines sales or rebuilds, Ogden USA has just the package for you.

Proving their success already in the 2011 racing season, Ogden USA has claimed feature wins in some of Florida’s hotly contested series. At the opening round of the Florida Winter Tour, it was Kyle Kirkwood who dominated the Rotax Mini Max class taking Sunday’s top honors while Floridian Ethan Ringel won the TaG Senior class the weekend prior on an Ogden USA Rotax powered machine. Also, in the Rotax Mini Max class, Juan Manuel Correa earned the pole position in both qualifying sessions showing Ogden USA’s true speed.

The following weekend would see Correa compete in the Florida Karting Championship Series and run at the front of the field in both Rotax Mini Max and TaG Cadet.

Howard continued, “We currently have packages available for the remaining Florida Winter Tour rounds as well as the Pan American Challenge. Engine rental will come complete with onsite track support.”
