In a last minute announcement Sting Ray Robb received a wild card entry and will be joining BBR Karting to compete two weeks from now in the 2010 Rok Cup World Finals in South Garda, Italy. In only Sting Ray’s second season of karting this will be an amazing opportunity and learning experience for the young driver. Sting Ray has shown great potential this year in the Northwest already, by claiming a Duffy and a Gold Cup Championship.
Sting Ray will be joining fellow BBR teammate Chad Grunow and both will be racing with the factory CRG team powered by Vortex engines.
“I am so excited to have Sting Ray competing at the Rok Cup. I mean, how cool is that to be 9 years old and racing in one of the biggest races of the year. Sting Ray has huge potential as a driver and this is definitely going to help develop his skills. It is going to be a great trip.” Blake Choquer.
Stay tuned as BBR Karting will bring daily updates, results and photos from the Rok Cup.
